Changing the Shareholder Address on the Share Certificate

If you need to amend the shareholder address on an existing share certificate:

• Login to your Companies Made Simple account

• Select “My Companies”

• Select the relevant company

• Select “Sync Data with Companies House”

• Next to “Shareholders” select “Download” – enter the new address and hit “Submit”

• Select “Download” again. Hey presto – your new share certificate
