Share Certificates for your New Shareholders

We provide share certificates for existing and new shareholders alike. For existing shareholders simply login to your account, access “My Companies” and select your company name. Scroll down to the “Shareholders” section and select “Download”, you will either be presented with an online version of the certificate straight away or you will have to enter the shareholder’s address, in which case the certificate will then be presented.

Regarding share certificates for new shareholders, if you have filed an annual return with the new shareholder information simply do exactly the same as above. If you have not yet filed an annual return you can download the “Share Certificate” template from the “Statutory Forms” area of your account – you are then free to complete as necessary.
