Terms and Conditions (Business to Business)
These business to business Terms and Conditions of Service regulate the relationship between a supplier of a service and their business client. Under these terms and conditions the terms are drafted in such a way as to favour the interests of the supplier.
The terms of service include a specification schedule (which you may choose to re-label as something more appropriate for your business) which can be used to specify the level of service you are contracting to provide and the payments in respect of that service.
