What’s included in the Comprehensive Package Service renewal? How much does it cost?

The Comprehensive Package service includes the following services:

  • Registered Office Address - the official correspondence address of your company that is listed on the Companies House register.
  • Directors Service Address - the contact address for your company directors, shareholders and PSCs.
  • Preparation & Filing of Confirmation Statement - our experts prepare and submit your confirmation statement to Companies House. Filing fee included.

The renewal of Comprehensive Package service costs £99.99 plus VAT. If you need to change how you use the service, please contact customer services on 0207 608 5500.

When is the Confirmation Statement prepared and filed?

We will prepare and file your company's Confirmation Statement approximately 3 weeks before its due date - pending approval from you.

When will I receive my printed certificate of incorporation and share certificates?

Your printed documents will be sent to you via Royal Mail within 24-48 hours of your company’s incorporation.

How do I redeem the offers in the free start up toolkit?

After your company is incorporated, we'll email you more information about each of the toolkit extras including information on how to redeem each one. The offers are provided by our trusted partners and have been carefully selected to help your new company, you won't be contacted by any third parties without your consent.
