How Moneypenny’s Message Taking Service works

    Your calls are answered between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Calls out of hours are sent to your personalised voicemail. 24/7 answering is available from an additional £35 per month (depending on minute plan).

  • Information captured

    Their brilliant team of PAs will greet callers in your company name and capture up to five pre-agreed data fields.

  • Messages taken

    They'll take messages (with a default reason why you're unavailable) and send them immediately via email or text.
