Our online admin portal now allows you to backdate all future Director and Secretary appointments and resignations. When appointing complete the “Appointment Date” field, (if left blank the current date will be used), when resigning enter the “Resignation Date” field. Simple! 

The minimum age for a director of a UK Limited Company is 16 years old. That’s 5843.88 days or 140253 hours.
