Our online admin portal now allows you to backdate all future Director and Secretary appointments and resignations. When appointing complete the “Appointment Date” field, (if left blank the current date will be used), when resigning enter the “Resignation Date” field. Simple!

The SIC code (Standard Industrial Classification code) is used to define your limited company’s industry of trade. You notify Companies House of this code when you file an annual return.
You can carry out various admin tasks for your limited company via our online admin portal. This includes Director changes such as: Appointing New Directors To add a new Director simply select “Appoint New Director”.
