Unfortunately if an annual return has been filed with Companies House it can’t be removed from the register without a court order. However, you do have options regarding how you can file another annual return.

You do not need to notify Companies House if shareholders in your limited company change address. This is an internal filing matter that Companies House simply do not need to know about.
